CANCELLATION, REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Cancellation before shipment:

For the order or the item(s) that need to be cancelled but have not been shipped yet, one can write to our customer support team on [email protected] and in such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded within 4 working days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

Cancellation post shipment

For cancellation of an order that has been shipped and is in transit, please get in touch with our Customer Support team on [email protected]
In case of cancelled order, which is in transit, courier company may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
Once the product(s) are received back, the money will be returned within 4 working days

Refund process for the cancelled orders

In case of cancellation before shipment, the refund will be processed within 4 working days after receiving the cancellation request.
In case of cancellation of orders in transit , the refund will be processed upon the receipt and verification of products at our warehouse.
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 4 business days of receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days/time taken by receiving bank for the amount to reflect in customers account.
For cash on delivery transactions, bank transfer will be initiated for the refund amount against the billing details shared by the customer. This process will be completed within 4 working days of us receiving the products back and customer’s bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days/time taken by the receiving bank for the amount to reflect in customer’s account.

Order cancellation & discount codes redeemed

Discount coupons are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if the order is cancelled. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

FOXJAB offers its customers an ‘Easy return policy’, wherein one can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 7 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein one can raise a return request for one or all products in the order.
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email ([email protected]) within 7 business days of receiving the order.
Step 2: Please specify the order ID details along with the request to return/replace/refund the order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
Step 3: The products will be picked up within 2-4 business days and the refund or replacement process will be initiated only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

Products excluded from return or exchange policy

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
Product damaged due to misuse or used for purpose other than its prescribed use.
Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
Serial Number is tampered with
Defective products that are not covered under warranty
Product is used or altered
If request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery
If the product is a free product or a gift with purchase.
Return / exchange / refund rules may vary for marketing promotions as per managements discretion. Information of these changes will be communicated at the time of the promotion as a part of the terms & conditions. For any clarification, please feel free to contact our customer care.
Damaged or defective item/wrong product received in the order.
In case of the product is received in damaged condition, a replacement or cancellation and refund request can be raised.
For wrong product received, return can be initiated by following the below mentioned steps to initiate return/refund within 7 days of receiving the order:

Note: Any case of replacement, is subject to availability of stock. In an event of non-availability of stock, refund will be initiated for the full amount.
Free gift & Gift with Purchase. Free gift or gift with purchase has to be returned in case of a return/exchange/ replacement or cancellation request.

Partial Cancellation or Return

In an event of multiple products have been ordered, one can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any free gift or gift with purchase given along with it.
Refund for the returned orders. In case of a return/replacement/refund, the refund will be initiated once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
